50ml Sloe Boat Gin
100ml Tonic Water
Glassware: Highball
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Lime wedge
Fill the glass to the top with ice and pour the Sloe Boat. Slowly then pour the tonic and add the lime garnish.
20ml Boatyard Double Gin
20ml Sloe Boat Gin
20ml Cocchi Vermouth Di Torino
20ml Campari
Glassware: Rocks
Ice: One block
Garnish: Orange wedge
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass/tin and stir with ice. Strain these over block ice into a rocks glass garnishing with an orange wedge.
30ml Sloe Boat Gin
30ml Apricot Brandy
25ml Fresh Lime Juice
Glassware: Coupe
Garnish: A cheeky wink and a smile
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
60ml Sloe Boat Gin
30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup (2 parts sugar 1 part water)
Top Soda
Glassware: Highball (10oz approx)
Ice: Long block
Add all ingredients apart from the soda to an ice filled shaker and shake. Pour into an ice filled glass and at the same time add the soda.
