50ml Boatyard Winter Solstice
100ml Tonic Water
Glassware: Highball
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Orange slice
Fill the glass to the top with ice and pour the Winter Solstice. Slowly then pour the tonic and add the orange garnish.
50ml Boatyard Winter Solstice
75ml Filter Coffee
10ml Muscavado Syrup (2 parts sugar 1 part water)
Top Double Cream
Glassware: Irish Coffee glass
Garnish: Boatyard chocolate
Pour all ingredients apart from the cream into the glass and stir. Finally layer the cream slowly on top, with then a grating of our bean to bar chocolate.
200ml Boatyard Winter Solstice
50ml Vanilla & Cinnamon Syrup
50g Sugar
100ml Whole Milk
50ml Double Cream 2 Eggs
Glassware: Glass mug
Ice: Block
Garnish: Nutmeg
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend. Once mixed then decant into a bottle and refrigerate, pouring straight from the bottle over ice and adding a sprinkle of nutmeg to finish.

15ml Muscavado Syrup (2 parts sugar 1 part water)
30ml Cloudy Apple (better if warmed)
40ml Freshly Boiled Water
Cinnamon Stick
Glassware: Glass mug
Garnish: Orange with cloves
Heat the glass mug first for 45 seconds with boiling water. Then discard this hot water and add all the ingredients to the mug and give a stir. Then add your garnish.
